7 Remove lubrication fitting (15) from
grooved pulley (10).
8 Using
bearing
cup
replacer
and
remover
and
replacer
handle,
remove
roller
bearing
(16) from grooved pulley (10).
INSPECTION/REPAIR
1 Inspect
for
broken,
damaged,
or
missing
parts.
2 If
boom
block
plates
are
broken,
damaged,
or
missing,
repair
is
by
replacement
of
next
higher
assembly.
3 Repair
is
by
replacement
of
authorized
parts
(TM
9-2350-238-24P-2)
which
do
not
meet
in-
spection
criteria.
REASSEMBLY
replacer and remover
1 Using
bearing
cup
and replacer handle, install roller bearing
(1) in grooved pulley (2).
