Immerse bearings in cleaning
bearing (23),
solvent and slowly move up
and needle
and down. Remove bearings

from cleaning solvent and
strike larger side of cone
flat against a block of wood
to dislodge solidified par-
ticles of lubricant. Immerse
again in cleaning solvent
and repeat above operation
until bearings are thor-
oughly clean. Dry thoroughly'
