NOTE
Fifth wheel oscillator lockouts are adjusted to locked positions (toward center of truck)
for normal driving and adjusted to unlocked position for extremely rough ground.
Both oscillator lockouts are adjusted the same. Right side is shown.
LOCK
Using 3/4-inch wrench, unscrew part way.
TWO bolts (2)
1. Fifth wheel (1)
a. Push toward center of truck.
Lockout block (3)

b. Using hammer, tap lockout toward
center of truck until snug.
a. Using 3/4-inch wrench, tighten.
TWO bolts (2)
3.
b. Repeat steps 1 thru 3 for left side.
UNLOCK
Using 3/4-inch wrench, unscrew part way.
Two bolts (2)
4. Fifth wheel (1)
Using hammer, tap toward outside of truck
Lockout block (3)
5.
to loosen and pull toward outside of truck.
a. Using 3/4-inch wrench, tighten.
Two bolts (2)
6.
b. Perform steps 4 thru 6 on left side.
