TEST OR INSPECTION
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Step 2.
Using multimeter set at 30 vdc, put red probe on positive ( + ) battery terminal
(3) and black probe on frame (4).
If multimeter reads no voltage, replace batteries (page 4-462).
