Transmission
Manual selector
With grooved end first, put in.

Manual selector
Detent lever (3)
a.
With pin towards the inside, aline slot
shaft (2)
with flats on lever (3).
b.
Put on.
25.
Nut (4)
a.
Hold detent lever (3), and screw in
until snug using 9/16- inch open-end
wrench.
b.
Using 9/16-inch crowfoot attachment
and torque wrench with 1/2-inch drive,
tighten to 15-20 ft-lb (20-27 N m)
of torque.
26.
Shaft retainer
a.
Put in position.
pin (5)
b.
Using ball-peen hammer, tap in.
27.
Three plugs (6)
Screw in, and tighten using 1/2-inch socket
and ratchet handle with 3/8-inch drive.
