Front crankcase
Elbow (19)
With assistant using 1 1/8-inch open-
cover (1)
end wrench, unscrew and take out.
9.
Pipe (20)
Using 14-inch pipe wrench, unscrew and
take out.
10.
Two screws (21),
a.
Using 9/16-inch socket and ratchet
lockwashers (22),
handle with 1/2-inch drive, unscrew
plate (23) and
and take out.
gasket (24)
b.
Get rid of lockwashers (22) and
gasket (24).
11.
Nut (25) and
Using 11/16-inch open-end wrench,
hook (26)
unscrew and take out.
CAUTION
Do not remove oil seal unless it needs replacement. Removing seal will ruin it.
12.
Oil seal (27)
a.
Using seal puller, pull off.
