Using 9/16-inch socket and ratchet
washers (3)
handle with 112-inch drive, unscrew and
take out.

Get rid of washers (3).

Four main bearing
Ten screws (6) and
a.
Using 13116-inch socket and ratchet
caps (4) and rear
washers (7)
handle with 112-inch drive, unscrew
main bearing cap (5)
and take out.
b.
Get rid of washers (7).
13.
Crankshaft (8)
Four main bearing
a.
Using main bearing cap remover and
caps (4), three
slide hammer, take off caps (4)
lower bearing shells
numbered 1, 2, 3, and 4.
(9), and lower
b.
Keep shells (9) and flange (10) to-
thrust flange (10)
gether with their respective caps (4).

Rear main bearing
a.
Using gear puller and gear adapter
cap (5) and lower
puller, take off.
bearing shell (11)
b.
Keep cap (5) and shell (11) together.

Rear bearing
Two seals (12)
a.
Pull off.
cap (5)
b.
Get rid of.

Crankshaft (8)
Seal (13)
a.
Using seal puller, pull off.
