Crankshaft (1)
Crankshaft pulley
Using 2-inch open-end wrench, unscrew
nut (2)
and take off.
4.
Crankshaft timing
Using gear puller, pull off.
gear (3)
5.
Woodruff key (4)
Using ball-peen hammer and 1/4-inch
drive-pin punch, tap out.
6.
Cylinder block (5)
Eight cylinders (6)
Install eight holddown clamps so that
pistons (7) will not fall out.
7.
Crankshaft (1)
Crankshaft pulley
Using 2-inch open-end wrench, screw
nut (2)
on and tighten.
