c. Lift the assembled bottom plates and locate the
center of the lap seam over the stake at center of tank
foundation.
3-4. Bolt Replacement Plug
a. If the threads are stripped on one or more bolts
in the tank bottom during tightening process, drive out
the bolt and replace it with a replacement plug (fig. 3-5)
as follows:
