(2) Cable reeling dispenser. Two methods of

supporting the full cable reel during the reeling

operations which have proven very satisfactory are:

(a) To support the reel on a horizontal

roller bearing support turntable (fig 5-74).

(b) To insert a shaft through the axis of

the reel and support the shaft with cable reel jacks (fig
