Push on center of governor bolt (4), and

flyweight (1)

check rocking movement of flyweight.

NOTE

Once proper size spring seats are found, do not mix with old ones.

Two cylinder nuts

Unscrew, and take off nuts (3).

Take out trial spacers and seats (2).

If flyweight (1) movement was uneven,

repeat steps 62 thru 65 using

different size spring seats (2) until

movement is even.
