INSPECTION/REPAIR
1 Inspect
for
broken,
damaged,
or
missing
parts.
2 Repair
by
replacement
of
authorized
parts
(TM 9 - 2 3 5 0 - 2 3 8 - 2 4 P - 2 ) .
REASSEMBLY
1 Using
b e a r i n g cup replacer and remover
and replacer handle, install boom sheave
roller bearing (1) to boom assembly
groove pulley (2).
2 Install
lubrication
fitting
(3)
to
boom
assembly
groove
pulley
(2).
3 Install boom sheave inner bearing ring (4)
to boom assembly groove pulley (2).
4 Install two boom sheave plate spacers (5)
and boom assembly groove pulley (2) to
crane boom (6).
