INSPECTION/REPAIR
1 Check

damaged,

parts.

left-hand
side
door
is
broken
or
damaged,
repair
is
by
replacement
of
next
higher
assembly.

right-hand
side
door
is
broken
or
damaged,
repair
is
by
replacement
of
next
higher
assembly.
4 Repair
is
by
replacement
of
authorized
parts
(TM
9-2350-238-24P-2).
REASSEMBLY
NOTE
The following procedures are written
for left side cab swinging metal
door, but also apply to right side cab
vehicle hatch door.
Install side door vehicular door latch (1),
1
flat washer (2), new Iockwasher (3), and
hexagon plain nut (4) on stud (5) on left-
hand side door (6).

Install rig assembly connecting link (7) to
side door vehicular door latch (1) and
secure with door latch link machine screw
(8), new Iockwasher (9), and hexagon
plain nut (10).
Install left-hand side door inner door han-

dle (11) on rig assembly connecting link
(7) and secure with door latch machine
screw (12), new Iockwasher
(13),
and
hexagon plain nut (14).

Install
outer
handle
spring
tension
washer
(15), outer door handle (16), handle
sleeve bearing (17), new Iockwasher (18),
and hexagon plain nut (19).
