INSTALLATION (CONT)
14 Install right output drive cap (24), six new
Iockwashers (25), and six screws (26).
Tighten six screws (26) to 36 ft-lb (49 N-
m).
15 Mate internal gear shaft coupling (27) and
power takeoff drive shaft (28) with power
takeoff assembly (29). Install four
hexagon head capscrews (30) and new
lockwire (31) (item 26, appx C).
16 Insert end of bar in U-joint (32) of power
takeoff drive shaft (28) to prevent power
takeoff drive shaft (28) from turning.
