MALE CABLE SHELL CONNECTOR
1 Strip cable insulation equal to depth of
ferrule well (1).
2 Slide shell assembly (2) over cable (3).
3 Insert cable (3) into ferrule well (1) and
crimp.
4 Place C-washer (4) over cable (3) at
crimped junction and slide shell assembly
(2) over C-washer (4) and ferrule (5).
FEMALE CABLE SHELL CONNECTOR
(WITH WASHER)

Strip cable insulation approximately 1/8 in.
(0.318 cm).
Slide shell assembly (1) and washer (2)

over cable (3).
Place cable (3) in cylindrical end of
3
terminal (4) and crimp.
Slide shell assembly (1) and washer (2)
4
over terminal (4).

(WITH SLEEVE)

over cable (3).
