7-66. CTIS WIRE HARNESS REPLACEMENT

Batteries disconnected (para 7-61).
Ties, Cable, Plastic (Item 28, Appendix C)
Footrest removed (TM 9-2320-360-10).
Locknut (Item 70, Appendix G)
Lockwasher (Item 95, Appendix G)
Tools and Special Tools
Tool Kit, Genl Mech (Item 54, Appendix F)
a. Removal
(1) Remove CTIS harness connector (1) from
CTIS power manifold (2).
(2) Remove screw (3), lockwasher (4), ground
wire (5), and ground wire (6) from CTIS
power manifold (2). Discard lockwasher.
NOTE
Location of plastic cable ties should
be marked before removal.
(3) Remove plastic cable ties (7) from CTIS
wire harness (8) and cab wire harness (9).
