a. Removal
WARNING
Ensure engine is cool before performing maintenance. Failure to comply may result In severe
burns.
Use caution when working near hood mounting bracket that extends beyond firewall. Failure
to comply may result In Injury to personnel.
CAUTION
Clean around rocker cover before removing each cover from engine. This will keep dust or dirt
from entering cylinder heads. Failure to comply will result in damage to equipment.
