Tighten
Tighten first two capscrews
(1) and
180 degrees apart to 15
washers (2)
pounds foot. Move about 90
degrees around capscrew
circle and repeat with next
capscrew pair. Tighten rest
of capscrew pairs. Repeat
entire process, tightening
all to 24-32 pounds foot
