Unlatch.

a. Using pliers, take out.
Cotter pin (4)

b. Get rid of.
Take out.

3. Latch (2) to
mount (5)
Take off.

a. Using hammer and drive pin punch,
Three rivets (7)

mark center.

b. Using electric drill and drill twist, drill
out.
