a. With help of assistant, using 1/2-inch
mounting plate (14)
nuts (16), and lock-
box wrench, 1/2-inch socket, and
to floor (12)
washers (17)
ratchet handle, unscrew and take out.
b. Get rid of Iockwashers (17).
