WARNING
Make sure all pressure is drained from air system before disconnecting air lines. Parts
under pressure can, when removed, fly off with great force causing injury to personnel.
NOTE
It is not necessary to remove nylon tubing to repair it. Steps are the same for repairing
all nylon tubing. However, wrench and repair part sizes will vary depending on tubing
size. Air line 012 from quick release valve to left front brake chamber hose is shown.

a. Using 5/8-inch open-end wrench,
