unscrew and take out screw (4).

Using 5/64-inch socket he ad screw key,
unscrew and take out.

Take off.

Nut (8)
Using ball-peen hammer and cold hand
chisel, unscrew and take off.

Escutcheon (9)
Take off.
9.
Dash panel (10)
Control cable (1)
Push through.
