Guide pin (12)

Move lever (6) until pin (12) is bottomed

in cover (1).

Governor cover (1),

a. Using depth micrometer, measure the

guide pin (12) and

distance from pin (12) to surface of

shim (2)

gasket (11).

b. If the measurement was not 0.847-

0.863-inch (21.5 - 21.9 mm), repeat

steps 40 thru 44, put in or take out

shims (2) as needed, and repe at

steps 85 thru 91.

NOTE

If governor housing was not removed, go to step 96.
