Governor shaft (2)
Put shaft (2) through part way, and put
and stop lever (3)
lever (3) on.

Put spring (4) on, and put shaft (2) through

Screw (5)
Using 6-mm socket, 3-inch extension, and
lever (3)
ratchet handle with 3/8-inch drive, hold
lever (3) in place and screw in a nd
tighten.

Using 1/8-inch flat-tip screwdriver, lift
lever (3)
spring (4) and hook over lever (3).

New packing (6),
a. Apply clean engine oil to packing (6).
washer (7), and
b. Put on.

New cotter pin (9)
Put through, and bend over using diagonal
cutting pliers.

New packing (10),
a. Apply clean engine oil to packing (10).
washer (11), shim
b. Put on.
(12) and new cotter
c. Put pin (13) through, and bend over

using diagonal cutting pliers.

Two woodruff key
Put in.
(14) and actuating

Bolt (16)
Using 8-mm socket and ratchet handle
with 3/8-inch drive, tighten.

Governor
New gasket (17) and
Using 21-mm socket and ratchet handle
housing (1)
plug (18)
with 3/8-inch drive, screw in and tighten.
