Screw in, and tighten to 7 ft-lb
pump (1)
(9.5 N m) of torque using 19 mm
crowfoot wrench and torque wrench with
3/8-inch drive.

Control rack (3)
Put in.

Screw (4)
a.
Screw in and tighten using 318-inch
flat-tip screwdriver.
b.
Be sure rack (3) moves freely.
CAUTION
To avoid scratching machined surfaces when installing parts, be sure barrels are wet with clean No. 2 diesel fuel.

Eight barrels (5)
Put in.
116.
Eight screws (6)
a.
Coat threads with sealing compound.
b.
Screw in and tighten using 5/16-inch
flat-tip screwdriver bit with 3/8-
inch drive and hinged handle.
