a. Look for dents and cracks.

b. Look for bent mounting flanges.
INSTALLATION

New gasket (5)
Put in position.
and cylinder
head cover (1)
6. Cylinder head
Ten washers (3)
Screw in, and tighten using 318-inch flat-tip
cover (1)
and screws (2)
screwdriver.
NOTE
FOLLOW-ON MAINTENANCE: Install power steering pump bracket (TM 9-2320-269-20-1).
