Turn on saddle valve.

Check if solenoid valve has malfunctioned.

Replace valve.

Step 3.

Check if the ejector blades are frozen into the ice maker mold.

Defrost and restart ice maker.

Step 4.

Check for a broken or worn coupling.

Replace coupling.

Step 5.

Check for defective door switch.

Adjust or replace door switch.
