The BMS requires

deficiencies and corrective actions on DA Form 2404

minimum operator maintenance. The necessary PMCS

to be performed are listed in table 3-1. Any defects

occurring during operation will be noted

or other hydrocarbon cleaning com-

pounds.

Housing exterior surface

Visually inspect for dents, cracks, nicks, burrs,

scratched or chipped paint. Clean exterior

surface using a cloth dampened in a solu-

tion of mild detergent and water. Rinse

with a cloth dampened in cold water and

dry thoroughly. Touch up with paint,

MIL-C-22751, color no. 36440.
