Using diagonal cutting pliers, take out.

pry out.

Screw (6)
Using 6-mm socket and ratchet handle
with 3/8-inch drive, unscrew and take out
while holding lever (7) in place.

Governor stop
Spring (8)
Using 1/8-inch flat-tip screwdriver, lift
lever (7)
off.

Governor housing (5)
Governor shaft (1)
Pull shaft (1) out part way, and take out
and spring (8)
