Cylinder block(1)
Oil pump and tacho-
a.
Using inch brass driftpin and ball-
meter drive sharft
peen hammer, drive out from underside.
bushing (2)
b.
Get rid of.
c.
Line up punchmark on new bushing (2) with rib
on block(1)/
This will index the busing oil hole
with block (1) oil passage.
d.
Using hammer and sleeve, tap in until
flush with top of block.
ASSEMBLY
17.
Three new dowel
Drive in using inch brass driftpin
pins (3)
and ball peen hammer.
18.
Two elbows (4)
Screw in, and tighten using pipe wrench.
19.
Pipe plug (5)
Screw in, and tighten using 5/16-inch s\
socket head screw key.
20.
Two pipe plugs (6)
Screw-in, and tighten using 5/16-inch
socket-head screw key.
21.
Pipe plug(7)
Screw in, and tighten using 5/16-inch
open end wrench.
22.
Two drain plugs(8)
Scew, in and tighten using3/8-inch
and (9)
open-end wrench.
23.
Cylinder block(1)
Four rocker arm
Put in.
Bracket bolt
sleeves (10)
