 |  TM 9-2350-238-20-1 Wiring harnesses and leads are secured to the hull and components with loop clamps, straps, 1 clips, ground screws, etc. Remove only the hardware which secures the wiring harness or lead which is being removed. Disconnect plug connector (1) from receptacle connector (2). 2 Remove four socket head capscrews (3), four washers (4), receptacle connector (2), and gasket 3 (5) from bulkhead. Remove gasket (5) from receptacle connector (2). 4 Tag and disconnect two shell connectors (6) from line connections. 5 Tag and disconnect shell connector (7) from air cleaner blower motor. 6 Disconnect plug connector (8) from bulkhead disconnect. 7 Tag and disconnect two shell connectors (9) from right taillight. 8 Tag and disconnect three shell connectors (10) from left taillight. 9 NOTE Access to the remaining electrical leads is gained through the rear hull well. Tag and disconnect five shell connectors (11) from trailer receptacle disconnect. 10 Remove bulkhead disconnect to trailer receptacle disconnect aft blower motor, and taillights 11 branched wiring harness (12) from hull. DISASSEMBLY For disassembly of wiring harness plug connector and receptacle connector, refer to general maintenance, page 2-371. INSPECTION/REPAIR 1 Inspect for broken, damaged, or missing parts. 2 If damaged or missing, replace marker bands. Etch or stamp lead number on new band. 5 Repair is by replacement of authorized parts (TM 9-2350-238-24P-1). 2-709 |
