BL. WINDSHIELD DEFROSTER CIRCUIT.
Remove lead 71 from 15A circuit breaker (near driver's seat). Place red
Step 1.
probe in 15A circuit breaker receptacle. Ground black probe. Set MASTER
switch ON. If multimeter indicates about 24 volts, go to step 3. If
multimeter indicates no voltage, go to step 2. Set MASTER switch OFF.
Connect lead.
