2-12. ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT TROUBLESHOOTING (CONT).

Make sure MASTER switch is OFF before repairing electrical

circuits. Failure to observe this warning could result in injury to

personnel.

Press headlamp dimmer switch for low beam operation. Set MASTER

switch OFF. Disconnect connector from headlamp dimmer switch. Place

red probe on pin E. Place black probe on pin G. If multimeter indicates 0

ohms, go to step 2. If multimeter does not indicate 0 ohms, replace

headlamp dimmer switch. Refer to page 2-584. Connect connector to

headlamp dimmer switch.
