2-12. ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT TROUBLESHOOTING (CONT).
A. BATTERY POWER CIRCUIT.
Step 1.
To access batteries, open battery compartment access door and
protection cover. Place red probe on battery post (1). Place black probe
on battery post (2). If multimeter indicates less than about 24 volts,
replace cable (3). Refer to page 2-640. If multimeter indicates about 24
volts, go to step 2.
