106. WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR DOES NOT OPERATE WHEN MASTER SWITCH AND

WINDSHIELD WIPER SWITCH ARE ON.

Check windshield wiper motor ground lead for bad connection.

Step 1.

Clean ground connections with crocus cloth (item 10, appx C). Tighten

ground connections.

Troubleshoot windshield wiper circuit. Refer to Electrical Circuit Symptom

Step 2.

107. WINDSHIELD DEFROSTER DOES NOT OPERATE WHEN MASTER SWITCH AND

WINDSHIELD DEFROSTER SWITCH ARE ON.

Check windshield defroster ground lead for bad connection.

Step 1.

Clean ground connections with crocus cloth (item 10, appx C). Tighten

ground connections.

Troubleshoot windshield defroster circuit. Refer to Electrical Circuit Symptom

Remove 24-volt power source from slave receptacle after

problem has been solved.

Connect 24-volt power source to slave receptacle near oil reservoir heater exhaust.
