d. Installation

WARNING

On direct contact, uncured silicone

sealant irritates eyes.

In case of

contact, flush eyes with water and

seek medical attention. In case of

skin contact, wipe off and flush with

water.

(1) Coat mounting surface of tire lift pulley (1)

with silicone adhesive-sealant.

(1.1) Install tire lift pulley (1) on cab (2) with four

screws (3) and new locknuts (4) with aid

of assistant.

(1.2) Coat mounting surface of tire lift bracket

(5) with silicone adhesive-sealant.

(2) Install tire lift bracket (5) on cab (2) with

four screws (6) and new locknuts (7) with

aid of assistant.

(3) Install tire davit (8) and T-handle (9) on

mounting bracket (10).

(4) Hook rubber strap (11) on handcrank (12).

(5) Install boot (13) on winch (14).

e. Follow-On Maintenance

Remove wheel chocks.
