open fire and keep fire extinguisher
within easy reach when working with
fuel. Do not work on fuel system
when engine is hot. Fuel can be
Ignited by hot engine. When working
with fuel, post signs that read NO
SMOKING WITHIN 50 FEET OF
VEHICLE.
(2) Turn shutoff valve (6) on left fuel tank (7)
clockwise to off position.
NOTE
Right fuel tank capacity is 100 gal
(379 L).
(3) Remove plug (8) from right fuel tank (9)
and drain fuel into suitable container.
(4) Place drain pan under hose no.
2320
(10).
NOTE
Tag and mark hoses before removal.
(5) Remove hose no. 2320 (10) from adapter
(11).
