Screw on.

Tighten nut against pivot (2) using 11-mm
open-end wrench and pliers wrench.

Lever (4)
Pivot (2)

Put lever (4) in lowest position, and
press sideways.

Put pivot (2) in bottom hole.

New locknut (5)
Screw on, and tighten using 1/2-inch open-
end wrench.

Put in position.

U-Bolt (8)
Two washers (9), new

Put on.

Tighten nuts (11) using 3/8-inch
