a. Coat with No. 2 diesel fuel.

Put on using long round-nose pliers.

Release valve
Put in.

New washer (5)
a. Push rod (1) into valve (4).
rod (1)
and packing (6)
b. Put on washer (5).
c. Coat packing (6) with No. 2 diesel fuel,
and put on.
35.
New packing (7)
a. Coat packing (7) with No. 2 diesel fuel,
and nut (8)
and put on.
b. Using 3/4-inch open-end wrench,
screw in and tighten.
36.
Fuel valve (4)
Washer (9) and
Put in.
spring (10)
37.
New packing (11)
a. Coat packing (11) with No. 2 diesel fuel,
and cap (12)
and put on.
b. Using long round-nose pliers, screw in
and tighten.
38.
Lever (13)
a. Hold over release valve rod (1).
b. Bend tabs (14) down over release valve
rod (1).
39.
New washer (15) and
Screw on.
