a. Using 1/8-inch flat-tip screwdriver,
and two nuts (7)
bend lockwasher (6) flat.
b. Using two 10-mm open-end wrenches,
unscrew and take off.
c. Get rid of.

Governor bolt (5)
a. Turn flyweight (8) so bolt (5) is up
and washer (9)
and down, and take out.
b. Get rid of.

a Using 1/8-inch flat-tip screwdriver
bushing (10)
and screws (12)
bend lockplates (11) flat.
b. Using 10-mm open-end wrench,
unscrew and take out.
c. Get rid of lockplates (11).
