WARNING
Solvent burns easily. Solvent fumes can explode. Do not smoke or allow open flame nearby when
using solvent. Failure to observe these precautions could cause serious injury or death.
10.
All metal parts
a. Clean in drycleaning solvent.
b. Wipe dry with clean, dry rags.

Replace damaged parts as needed.

Oil cooler
a. Look forcracks, breaks, and dents.

b. Look for bent mounting flanges.

Valve (2) and
Put in.

Screw in, and tighten using 1 1/8-inch
and plug (5)
open-end wrench.

Elbow (6)
Using 7/16-inch open-end wrench, screw
in and tighten.

Two plugs (7)
Using 7/16-inch open-end wrench, screw
in and tighten.

Plug (8)
Using 9/16-inch open-end wrench, screw
in and tighten.
17.
Nut (9) and
a. Screw together, and tighten using two
elbow (10)
9/16-inch open-end wrenches.
