Step
Procedure
1.
Using grease, lubricate gears on shaft (pointer) (1), idler gear assembly (2), and hub gear (3)
(JPG).
2.
Install shaft (pointer) (1) into housing assembly (4).
3.
Install idler gear assembly (2) over stud (5).
4.
Install hub gear (3) over shaft pointer (1).
5.
Adjust stud (5) by sliding up or down to line up idle gear (2) with hub gear (3) and gear (6); hold
in place.
6.
Turn hub gear (3) so that teeth engage fully.
7.
Using Allen wrench, tighten setscrew (7) to hold stud (5).
