b o o m e y e s and cylinder eyes. If
reinstalling old shims, they must be
retained
in the same position.
4 Using hammer and drift, install two upper
hinge headless straight pins (6).
5 Install lubrication fitting (7)
to
upper
hinge
headless straight pin (6).
6 Install two nut and pin boom hinge pin
locking plates (8), two new Iockwashers
(9), and two hexagon capscrews (10)
securing two upper hinge headless
straight
pins
(6).
7 Remove sling from hoist. Remove sling
from crane boom (1).
Make sure MASTER switch is OFF
before repairing electrical circuits.
Failure to observe this warning could
result in injury to personnel.
8 Connect
boom
floodlight
electrical
lead
(11).
