20-5. SPEEDOMETER CABLE/ANGLE DRIVE REPLACEMENT (CONT)
(5) Remove four screws (8) and panel (9)
from dash (10).
(6) Turn collar (11) counterclockwise and
remove speedometer cable (5) from
speedometer adapter (12).
NOTE
Location of plastic cable ties should
be marked before removal.
(7) Remove plastic cable ties (13) from
speedometer cable (5) as required.
(8) Remove speedometer cable (5) from HET
Tractor.
b. Installation
CAUTION
Tab on speedometer cable must be
aligned with slot on speedometer
adapter during installation. Failure to
comply may result in improper
operation of the cable.
(1) Route speedometer cable (1) through hole
in bottom of dash (2).
