(10) Install six heater ducts (17) on heater
assembly (1) with plastic cable ties (16).
(11) Install heater assembly (1) on firewall (18)
with four washers (19), new Iockwashers
(20), and screws (21).
e. Heater Core Installation
(1) Install two grommets (1) on firewall (2).
(2) Coat two grommets (1) with silicone.
CAUTION
Use care when handling heater core.
Copper heater pipes may bend or
break if not aligned with holes in
firewall and cause damage to heater.
(3) Install heater core (3) in heater assembly
(4).
