rotating hub (11) in both
directions. Back-off nut
1/2 to one full turn then
tighten to 50 pounds foot
torque

Install
Hole in washer (9) must
engage nut (10) dowel pin

Dimple in washer (8) must be
aligned with one hole in

h. Outer wheel
Install
Tighten to 200-300 pounds
