Make sure all pressure is drained from air system before disconnecting air lines. Parts
under pressure can, when removed, fly off with great force causing injury to personnel.
Drain (TM 9-2320-270-10).
Air system
1.
Using 9/16-inch open-end wrench,
Air line 39 (2)
2. Elbow (1)
unscrew and pull out.
Using pliers, pull out.
Insert (3)
3. Air line 39 (2) or
elbow (1)
Using 3/8-inch open-end wrench, unscrew
Elbow (1)
4. Coupling (4)
and take out.
Using 15/16-inch wrench, unscrew and
Nut (6), washer (7),
5. Coupling (4) to
take out.
and spacer (8)
