74. NEITHER WINCH OPERATES CONTINUED.

Open left side of hood and remove left side panel (TM 9-2320-270-10). Go to

Step 12.

chassis firewall connector (1). Using multimeter set at 30 vdc, put red probe on

terminal N (2) and black probe to good ground.

If meter reads no voltage, put key in OFF position, install left side panel

and close left side of hood (TM 9-2320-270-10) and notify direct
