NOTE
The final check of the differential assembly is checking the gear tooth contact by paint impression method. When the ring is turned, the
applied print is squeezed away by the contact of the teeth, leaving bare spots, the exact size, shape, and location of the contacts.
When making adjustment, check drive side of gear teeth. Coast side should be correct when drive side is correct. With all adjustments
properly made, the result is a quiet running ring gear and pinion gear because the load is evenly distributed over all teeth.
