Look for kinks or cuts.

Check for binding.
c.
If cable is damaged or binds, replace
modulator valve assembly.

Look for cracked or broken ends.

Look for damage or loss of tension.
INSTALLATION

Cable assembly (1)
Route over transmission to engine
assembly (3)
throttle linkage.

New packing (5)
Put on.

Push into bore.

socket and ratchet handle with 3/8-inch
drive.
